Training & Background

A personalised approach built over time

For more than 35 years, I have been supporting each person through a holistic approach, shaped by solid and ongoing training, and above all by a deep experience of the body and its mechanisms.

My journey has developed through various complementary approaches, all guided by the same intention:
to support the body towards balance, while respecting its rhythm and uniqueness.

Training in support of a holistic approach

My training covers different areas such as reflexology, essential oils, stress management, lymphatic drainage, as well as energetic and body-based therapies.

Today, this allows me to offer a personalised approach,
adapted to each individual.

Main areas of training

Body-based and therapeutic approaches

Therapeutic massage, Ayurvedic massage, back treatment, trigger points, dry needling, moxibustion, cupping…
Targeted techniques to relieve tension, improve mobility and support pain relief.

Reflexology and lymphatic drainage

Foot reflexology, auricular reflexology, specialised reflexology (women’s health, digestive issues),
as well as lymphatic drainage and circulation support.

A deeper approach to support the body’s natural functions.

Stress management and regulation

Heart coherence (HeartMath), relaxation techniques (Jacobson, Schultz), EFT…
Practical tools to calm the nervous system and restore emotional balance.

Complementary approaches

Touch for Health, chromotherapy, phytotherapy, nutrition, aromatherapy…
Approaches that enrich a global understanding of the individual.

Conclusion

This evolving path allows me to adapt each session with precision, attentiveness and sensitivity.

A living approach, dedicated to your wellbeing.

Lea Stegmuller

Observer, I have always liked to listen, learn and take care. Passionate about what surrounds us; the various ethnic cultures, history, the arts, nature, animals and through human relationships, this path offered me the possibility of bringing together many of my passions.

I like to understand and see how others work and through therapy, how to live better.

At the same time, I have now been supporting people with disabilities (physical and/or mental) for seven years, including five years within the “Pro Infirmis” organization. I continue to learn a lot about people, society and myself thanks to this job that I love.

Graduated in September 2024 as a kinesiology therapist, I continue to train in the field because there are (fortunately) no limits to the fascinating support tools

Looking forward to meeting you in the Espace Bien-Être.
